Keyboards harbour nasty germs. They can be tricky to clean without damaging the keys or electronics but here's an easy cleaning process that will leave your keyboard looking pristine:

- Turn off computer or unplug the keyboard before cleaning

- Tip upside down and shake to remove any tiny objects that may have lodged in between the keys

- Use a light feather duster to remove dust

- Use a post-it note and run the sticky side along the grooves to pick up any dust and hair

- Lightly spray a micro-fibre cloth with window cleaner or methylated spirits and lightly run over the keyboard to remove any marks

Use a post-it note to clean between keys.
