QUALITY GUARANTEE

We guarantee quality results and return of bond money for end-of-lease cleans based only upon the extent of the cleaning work we have been requested to perform. Where results are below expections, we require notification to this effect within 24 hours from the completion of the job. We will then return to the property to address any concerns within 48 hours.  Complaints made after the 24 hour period may not be covered.

Grime Force will not be held responsible for repair or replacement of items broken or damaged due to pre-existing wear and tear, incorrect installation, assembly or usage.

PRIVACY

 

The privacy of our customer's personal information is important to us. We are committed to respecting our customers' right to privacy and protecting their personal information. We are bound by the National Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 as well as other applicable laws and codes affecting personal information.

 

We collect and hold your personal information for the purposes of providing the relevant service and managing and administering the service.

 

We may collect and hold your personal information for the purpose of letting you know about promotions or other opportunities that we believe may benefit you. You can contact us at any time if you no longer wish us to send these promotions or information to you.

 

Information provided in surveys that may be conducted from time to time is used for market feedback and statistical purposes.

 

We store information in different ways, including in paper and electronic form. The security of your personal information is important to us and we take reasonable steps to protect it from misuse and loss and unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. Some of the ways we do this are:

  • providing a discreet environment for confidential matters

You can gain access to your personal information. Contact us to request access. In some cases we may be able to deal with your request over the telephone or at reception. We may require up to 72 hours to deal appropriately with your request.

 

In the event that the business is sold, your information would be considered part of those assets, and may be part of those assets that are transferred.
